Just as the title implies, the book also focuses on your insight maily consisting of different meditation approaches and views on life which was a great help to fully grasp the understanding of the methods and benefits of the exercises. I do agree with the author’s basic premise that using corrective lenses all the time “fixes” your vision into that level of correction.
