I presume this is intentional, as it would be quite an odd coincidence. It’s unusual, tense, and full of unforgettable characters who hold back just a little so that you want quite desperately to know them better.

This is a dark mysterious story that kept me guessing throughout, a definite must-read. Everything unfolded in front of my eyes and i felt myself right there with the characters. And i have to say that throughout the novel i was very much in the story.

Their relationship, although develops quickly also develops realistically I thought. Heaven by Christoph Marzi. David Pettyfer is taking a marzk over the dark rooftops of London’s brooding houses, when he literally stumbles across Heaven: I would actually love to see this book become a movie!

And I loved the idea of a girl without a heart, better still, a heart that has been stolen. All I wanted to know in the end was why Heaven had her heart stolen and get it done with.

I thoroughly recommend this book for those teens who enjoy their stories dark, but full of heart! Merryweather were my especial favourites, and I can honestly say I would love more stories involving them particularly. There really is that raw feel to the story but at the same time it speaks volumes and manages to get the idea out.

Really, it’s worth a flick christopn plot alone, matzi the characters were fairly 2D and the writing is a bit eye-roll-y at parts. And I was not disapointed.

It is at the hospital that David realise Firstly I have to say this book has more Doctor Who references in it then any other book I have read.


It’s nothing like I’ve ever read before. Heaven by Christoph Marzi. Drood – as we are introduced to him in the first few pages – is quite chilling. Still worth a read so pick this one up! I found every single character interesting, including a receptionist at Canary Wharf who only has 3 or 4 lines!
