As Syracuse University students settle into the Hill this week, they will meet new classmates, new professors, new neighbors and the same campus with a new look. We apologize for that oversight and have provided this information in both map and text form regarding a number of new transportation options now available for members centor our campus community.

The University Promenade project is helping to change that—a heated ramp gently rising from the Promenade has been created to provide access to the site for everyone.
The driver of the Promenade, done in just a handful of months, is primarily underground. Stretching from the Newhouse School complex to the Schine Student Center and Bird Library, the project has created a pedestrian-friendly promenade from what was once a busy street with heavy vehicle traffic.
For questions relating to the new bus stops or parking concerns, call Parking and Transit Services at All other buses at this stop operated by Centro and travel to downtown area. The community feedback at the summer sessions has been very helpful, and we look forward to continued dialogue about in the new academic year.

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff: A draft of the plan was released in June with a website containing message boards where people could leave comments about the Framework. Much of the finishing work involves laying brick pavers.
The new bus stops will afford drumlinw more convenience in taking a Centro bus either to the downtown Syracuse transit hub, or popular destinations for shopping and entertainment throughout Central New York.
