Also the exercises are most of the time related to the previous chapters which makes it hard to follow and do it all. No trivia or quizzes yet. Nothing was dumbed down or belabored, but a beginner to C will feel right at home here. I was not disappointed. It’s kind of strange for a book to call itself modern when it’s no longer modern.
