Mounce provided excellent descriptions of what he is doing and why he does it. Sold by Fibat Trade and ships from Amazon Fulfillment. Instead of listing all of the exceptions to a rule, he gives a simple, concise summary of the rule and seeks to explain the irregularities. This significant third edition has been carefully developed in consultation with instructors, students, self-learners, and homeschoolers. They do not include roots for the verbs.
It is at times quite different from the English equivalent but the contrast actually helps one understand it more. I recommend this to all students of NT Greek, if not as a first text, as a reference book.

Overall the pacing of the book is good, though sometimes he moves through material too quickly, expecting his readers to blast through paradigms in a hurry.
