Cakes to carry away should be packed in a gold-cornered wooden box, bearing the registered trademark “Hotel Sacher Wien” on the lid, and have a wood engraving of the Hotel Sacher Wien inside the cover. I’m learning about so many different foods from this book, I’d recommend it to anyone with an interest in food.
